With over 20 years of experience with WV Court Systems, SWCG has created the Municipal Court Information System. The methodology of this windows based system is being used in all 55 magistrate courts in West Virginia
There are two modules that make up the MCIS Application. Each of these modules allows the user to create and maintain the individual case information within a module.
All modules feature financial information entry with password protection. Financial reporting is wide-ranging and versatile to allow complete auditing. Criminal modules will auto assign case numbers and each module has extensive reporting capabilities.
All modules offer three (3) methods of finding information that has already been entered:
Static information (Court and judge names, offences, fees, etc.) is stored in user maintainable files and by using Microsoft Word, you can merge any of your MCIS data into documents that you have saved.
