Welcome to the GUARDIAN SIGNUP Procedure

This procedure permits you to enter pertinent information to initiate daily calling to a loved one at a selected time. If the loved one does not answer or respond by pressing a one, the system redials the individual two (2) more times in five minute intervals attempting to get an answer and the proper response. After the three attempts, the system escalates to a key holder; family members, pastors, or others who are concerned or responsible for the individual. They are contacted in a rotating sequence, ensuring someone responds positively to check on the person.
