Circuit Express
Since 1994 Software Computer Group, Incorporated ( SWCG ), a Charleston , WV based firm, has collaborated with several West Virginia Circuit Courts to provide an electronic information service called "Circuit Express". The service has provided a variety of subscriber's access to circuit court docketing information. Typical subscribers are law firms, state agencies and judicial entities. The "classic" service allowed direct access to the participating circuit courts via a single dial up connection.
In April 2004, SWCG began offering an internet WEB based service to our existing subscribers and to all others wishing to subscribe to the service. Note, that the WEB based information is updated nightly from each participating court and is available 24/7.
